Le Rose, la rose s’appuie sur des extraits audio de discours politiques, notamment ceux des candidats de droite et d’extrême-droite à la présidentielle française de 2017. Le texte fait également appel à l’issue du procès de La Manif Pour Tous contre Act UP, où s’est vue condamnée en justice une association de défense des droits des personnes LGBT pour avoir qualifié un mouvement anti-égalitaire d’ « homophobe ».

Le Rose, la rose is based on audio excerpts from political speeches, in particular those of right-wing and far-right candidates in the French presidential election of 2017. The text also calls upon the case of La Manif Pour All vs. Act UP, where an LGBT rights organization was condemned in court for calling an anti-egalitarian movement “homophobic”.
