BIO : Caroline Caza
Caroline Caza est à la fois une artiste d'animation et une enseignante.
Enfant, elle voulait être vétérinaire. Mais en raison de la taille des vaches, elle a choisi d’étudier les arts visuels et le théâtre. Cela l'a conduite à une maîtrise en mise en scène où elle a fait une recherche sur les liens entre le son, la forme, la couleur, le mouvement et le personnage.
Entre ses contrats d'enseignement en théâtre, elle a acquis une formation en animation 2D traditionnelle, puis en animation 3D. C'est ainsi qu'elle a commencé à réaliser ses premiers films.
Au fil des ans, ses choix de carrière éclectiques ont contribué à son parcours artistique et son style singulier. Aujourd'hui, elle a à son actif une dizaine de courts métrages qui ont été présentés dans de multiples festivals à travers le monde.
As a child, she wanted to be a veterinarian. But because of the size of the cows, she chose to study visual arts and theatre. This led her to a master's degree in directing where she researched the relationship between sound, form, colour, movement and character.
Between her teaching contracts in theatre, she acquired training in traditional 2D animation, then in 3D animation. This is how she began to make her first films.
Over the years, her eclectic career choices have contributed to her artistic journey and her singular style. Today, she has a dozen short films to her credit that have been presented in multiple festivals around the world.
