Quiero … (I want …) depicts installation art in the style of Trash Art from The Heidelberg Project in Detroit, Michigan and at the Electric Eclectic Festival (EEF) in Meaford, Ontario. These types of gatherings or places are part of grassroots movements of artists/activists/visionaries who provide alternative and underground ways to display art, bringing art onto the streets and outside of the context of formal art establishments and white gallery walls.
